I would tend to agree about the Longhorns sign, since the pictures clearly involved the U of T. It has long been my conclusion that most of your bigtime, fake pastors are atheists, that it’s just a big con game: you see the con man or woman in their behavior and presentations that are “follow the money” by the book, the con man book, not the Bible. It’s all a very structured con, rather than venom against the things of God. They even slip-up sometimes and inject the humor of the con man, enjoying taking the suckers, right in their faces. There are instances where Creflo Dollar has literally danced in cash money on the floor of the church, Kenneth Copeland doing some “speaking in tongues” smackdown with this other fake pastor, where he could not resist the hilarity of all the babbling. They all reveal the fakes they are, if one simply has spiritual eyes to see, their doctrines, of course, obvious jokes. Their conspicuous consumption, while children are starving in this world, is also a joke, the God that chooses the poor completely lost on them.

Just think of the nature of the con. They can ripoff millions, legally, even tax shelter it. Big religion is the perfect con, if a person can pull off the pastor routine, speaking of which you’ll notice they clone aspects of each other, Kenneth Copeland having plowed a lot of that fake religion ground for many others, who use his techniques and false doctrines that tickle ears. But they’re just like carnival barkers, get people emotionally involved to pick their pockets, sell fake salvation, bottom line. A child of the Spirit also sees how they butcher sound doctrine, don’t really understand scripture, rather more memorize their lines from mimicking true pastors, enough to get some credibility from the sheep, more like goats, they sheer. (Classic Satan mixes truth with lies, twists truth to some other end, going clear back to the Garden of Eden.) They operate on the carnal level, not the spiritual. Of course, no true pastor will avoid certain doctrines, since all doctrine is of the word of God, a true theologian rather teaching the whole word and counsel of God.

In any event, are they in for the shock of their lives, when they meet the Lord Jesus, and He will not be pleased, of course. They think they’re just “fleecing the flock” in some con game, of course don’t believe in God, though some could possibly also be cognitively Satanic we can’t dismiss, but I’ve been prone not to think so. It’s very hard to understand people so close to the things of God, in terms of doctrinal exposure, believing in God and also having constant reminders they’re headed for hell. That would take a wholly psychopathic conscience, with all its mentally ill trappings.

As mentioned, as to carnival barkers, they also behave like con artists, playing to the crowds, all the techniques that tickle ears, emotions, that work the suckers, and a con artist is just an actor, a deceiver, for gain. It’s actually senseless to believe religion wouldn’t be filled with con artists, since, as mentioned, it’s a legal con, with huge rewards, no threat of prison whatsoever, if you just play by existing accounting rules that allow them to fleece people and live like kings: if a criminal con man could pull off the preacher routine, just why wouldn’t they? I think you’ll also find less successful churches, filled with pastors and priests that neither present the whole gospel or even know it, fleecing the local congregations. Find them all over the place, in every town! Actually, Bible teaching churches, of the Spirit and teaching the whole gospel, are not only on the more rare side, but, in most cases, the congregations small, though a few authentic Christian pastors have reached a global ministry level, still, they’re way outnumbered by the fakes all over TV. The way to hell is broad, hence the mega church congregations of these fakes.

All that said, and a most important point people miss, certainly your likewise fake Christians in the congregations: it doesn’t matter if the hand gesture is Satanic or not. They are still doing the work of Satan, by Satan’s means, are deceivers, no matter their reasons. They are children of hell, whether an atheist or somebody who sacrifices goats in the woods or whatever. All liars are Satanic, and whether a bigtime con or a little con on the likes of BIN, harvesting clicks. It’s all of the devil. If people simply realized a liar is a liar, that it doesn’t matter the reason, that a liar is of hell, so many would have perhaps stopped listening to devils and found the true gospel. But it’s also true the congregations are as much to blame, those who chase after and love the lies, over the truth of the things of God. Nobody’s clean in it all, their followers partakers of their evils. The con artists couldn’t exist, without the willing support of their evils among the conned. For example, an enthusiastic member of the Nazi Party may as well have been Hitler, in God’s economy.

John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

2 John 1:10-11 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

This will be the final chorus of all the fake Christian con artists, great and small:

Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

And it’s not like people weren’t warned:

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Just etc. It’s not funny how many warnings of false prophets and tares there are in the Bible, the Bible which your fake Christian doesn’t really understand, though. It’s very tragic, but a reality in scripture: hell is going to have such an enormous population.

Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

Matthew 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Ironic how most people are even going to hate you, for trying to tell them the truth and see them spared hell. Spiritual blindness is the ultimate stupidity.
