美味炒鸡块

材料:嫩鸡1只 青红辣椒适量

制作:

1 将鸡肉切成小块,焯去血水备用;

2 炒锅烧热,倒入一小勺油润下锅,然后倒入葱姜蒜片和炒鸡块;

3 大火翻炒一分钟左右,林入2大勺料酒,再翻炒均匀,淋入生抽4大勺,

老抽1大勺,翻炒均匀上色;

4 从入适量开水(与鸡块1:1的量即可),大火烧10-15分钟左右,看到

汤汁基本烧开,撒上青红丝出锅装盘即可。

 

 

 

备注:

1 如果觉得淡了可以再撒点盐,喜欢带点甜为的可以撒点白砂糖,

喜欢带香料味的可以在冲的开水的那步骤中再加入些香料,比如大料

花椒辣椒等;
2 鸡一定要选择嫩鸡,放养的嫩鸡更好。
