Once Upon a Time, Nephilim/Giants Walked Upon This Earth. But Do They Play a Part in the End Times? No!
Once upon a time, during the time of Noah and also afterwards, there were giants upon the earth:
1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives, whomsoever they chose.
3 And the LORD said: ‘My spirit shall not abide in man for ever, for that he also is flesh; therefore shall his days be a hundred and twenty years.’
4 The Nephilim were in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them; the same were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown.
—Genesis 6:1-4 Masoretic text
Verse 4 in the King James Version reads “giants” instead of “Nephilim”.
The Bible says this of the giants in the promised land:
“And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.”
—Numbers 13:33
Using the grasshopper analogy, if you do the actual math and you go with for example an average grasshopper length of 4 inches for arguments sake and then if you go with 6 feet for the average size of a man, then that would make the giants spoken of in Numbers 13:33 to be upwards of 100 feet tall!
Amos 2:9 tells of a giant Amorite as tall as cedar trees, which can reach heights upwards of 100 feet or so:
“Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath.”
—Amos 2:9
Virtually all civilizations on earth have legends of giants. Skeletons of giants have been found in the mounds of middle America. Back in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, newspaper accounts (many from the NY Times no less) tell of some of these skeletons of giants discovered in the middle mounds of America:

However, bones of giants does not fit in with the silly and foolish theory of evolution. And so lo and behold, the Smithsonian scrambled to cover up as much of the evidence as they could for those who worship at the altar of evolution won’t let the facts in the ground get in the way of their religion o no!
But while giants did indeed walk upon this earth and existed during the time of Noah and also afterwards, do nephilim/giants play parts in the end times scenario? No, they do not. There are no giants amongst the participants in the end times scenario, be it the manchild of REV 12, the 2 who are one in REV 11, the one called the Destroyer (Abaddon) of REV 9:11 fame (for more on those characters in the end times ensemble, see /prophecy/2014/02/the-mystery-of-god-in-the-book-of-revelation-the-two-witnesses-the-manchild-and-the-destroyer-as-you-have-never-heard-them-spoken-of-before-2458894.html?currentSplittedPage=0), or the beast that arises out of the sea in REV 13:1, or the beast that arises out of the earth in REV 13:11, or anyone else in the end times scenario.
The most misquoted and abused phrase nowadays from chapter 24 of Matthew is the “days of Noah” quote which, when abused and misused, renders itself to mean something spooky and kooky, something above and beyond what Jesus intended. Namely, the one thing attributed to the “days of Noah” by Jesus to be used to apply to the Second Coming was the suddenness and rapidity of the flood event. Nothing more and nothing less can and should be attributed to the “days of Noah” in regards to the Second Coming.
Read the following from chapter 24 of Matthew to see the days of Noah quote in context and judge for yourself if what I say is correct:
32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
—Matthew 24:32-39
Far be it from any child of God to extrapolate from the “days of Noah” to mean things above and beyond the suddenness of the flood, things such as the sexual intermingling of seed between angels and humans, nephilim/giants and DNA manipulation (the Nephilim are not little 3 or 4 foot pipsqueak “aliens” now) and so forth and try and portray Nephilim/giants as participants in the end times ensemble when they are nothing of the sort.
Jesus was comparing the Second Coming to the suddenness, ferocity, voracity, and overwhelming nature of Noah’s flood. The days of Noah reference speaks not to the drama leading up to the end of the age, but speaks to the climactic and cataclysmic exclamation point at the end of the age of mankind as we know it when Jesus comes riding upon the clouds and every eye shall see (see REV 1:7)!
Here is why Jesus made that comparison:
“The SECOND COMING – Why it is so important to be ready for it!”

While I agree with the premise that you can’t prove from Matthew 24 that the Nephilim play a part in the end times, neither can you prove from ANY verse that they don’t. If demons are the spirits of the deceased Nephilim, then it would be extremely naive (and dangerous) to think they have no part to play. You are entitled to your opinion, but that is all it is.
I’m not talking about evil spirits. I’m talking about the Nephilim, which the Bible says were physical giants, beings of flesh and blood.
Apparently you don’t know the difference between nephilim and giants (nephal) to fall (elohiym) angels HEBREW GIBOR GIANTS HEBREW look it up instead of guessing and the nephilim will be here guaranteed or maybe you missed the locust army in Revelation 9:3-11 if I were you I’d be praying for forgiveness for false teaching the giants are dead the fallen angels are still alive they are spiritual beings God has not destroyed them yet
“Once Upon a Time, Nephilim/Giants Walked Upon This Earth. But Do They Play a Part in the End Times? No! ”
Correct, because for giants to exist, Earths gravity would have to reduce. There is a very good reason for the size of life forms on Earth, eg, for a tree to reach X height it has to be Y in diameter. Once gravity overcomes X and Y, the tree can no longer grow any higher.
If Earth gravity became less than it is, it would have to spin faster, then most life forms on land would die out because their bodies are not designed for lighter gravity, our bones would lose mass and break, as per the brave souls who spend time in space have proven.
The Nephilim /ˈnɛfɨˌlɪm/ were offspring of the “sons of God” and the “daughters of men” before the Deluge according to Genesis 6:4; the name is also used in reference to giants who inhabited Canaan at the time of the Israelite conquest of Canaan according to Numbers 13:33. A similar biblical Hebrew word with different vowel-sounds is used in Ezekiel 32:27 to refer to dead Philistine warriors.
The Israelite conquest of Canaan is claimed by Jews to have taken place c1’500 BC, but their earliest traces in Canaan is c1’100 BCE.. So as per normal they are claiming something happened hundreds of years before they existed.
