Googling Planetary Ventures returns stories ranging from Space exploration, mining of asteroids, or simply maintaining Google’s fleet of executive aircraft. Their real story who knows?

The story put forward to the public was the “outside the box” thinking Hughes was going to explore the deep water seeking to mine minerals, gems and metals from the sea floor. The public dismissed it as yet another Hughes adventure not probing the offiical version any deeper than what was put forward.
