正在籌辦中的《香港晨報》4月份未出糧，惹起各方關注，有《晨報》高層私下向外間透露，他們聯絡不到該報幕後話事人蒯轍元(蒯音：拐)，傳聞他已被「雙規」。據悉蒯轍元已在內地被拘捕。
