蒜蓉 焗烤的方式,可以改变很多食物的自身气味,营造出更美味的香气。

 

 

【蒜蓉焗烤大虾】

材料:大虾6只,香菜、大蒜若干

制作:

1 将虾清洗干净,开背,挖去泥肠,平铺在盘中;

2 将黄油放入小碗,微波炉融化,将大蒜切末,将香菜切末;

3 将大蒜、香菜末放入黄油碗中,加入适量黑胡椒、柠檬汁、细盐,搅

拌均匀;

4 将拌好的酱盖在虾背上,将虾移入烤盘,将烤盘送入烤箱;

5 烤盘上盖上一层锡纸,放中层,上下火齐烤,180度15分钟;

6 烤的时间和温度仅供参考,烤好后取出,撒上一些黑胡椒碎,趁热开

吃。
